What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 chips — one small keepsake run or a sample rack is a normal order — with volume tiers for club sets, tournament racks and venue programmes.

How fast will my poker chips arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished chips ship in about 2 weeks, with express turnaround available when an event date is fixed.

Why do you keep talking about the edge instead of the face?

Because the face is what disappears. The moment a chip is played it goes into a stack, hidden under the chip above it, and everything the table reads — value, ownership, whose rack is short — is read from the side. The rim and its spot pattern are the working surface of a poker chip, so that is where the design brief starts. The face still gets designed; it just is not the whole job.

What is “casino weight”?

A marketing number. The 11.5-gram figure attached to it belongs to slug-weighted plastic chips; the chips actually on card-room tables mostly run 8.5 to 10.5 grams. The useful question is not the number but where the weight comes from: from the moulded material, or from a metal slug hidden inside. Both are legitimate constructions — they sound different, age differently and cost differently — and our quotes name which one you are buying.

Clay composite or ceramic?

Clay composite if the feel is the point: the matte surface, the dull clack, moulded edge spots and a recessed inlay — the traditional card-room build. Ceramic if the artwork is the point: the whole chip prints, including the rolling edge, and the dye is in the surface so nothing can peel. We will recommend one for your set rather than defaulting to the dearer option.

Will the printing wear off?

It depends entirely on where the print sits. Art applied proud of the surface — a sticker on top of the chip — is scrubbed off by a few months of stacking and sliding. A recessed inlay sits below the rim under laminate, so play lands on the rim and never on the art. Ceramic dye is in the surface itself, and a hot stamp is pressed into the face. Run a thumbnail across the centre of any chip: if it catches an edge, that art is leaving.

Can you match or extend a set we already run?

Usually. Send us a few chips rather than photographs — edge-spot patterns and colours need to be matched in hand. We hold the pattern scheme, colours, inlay artwork and counts on file for every set we make, so our own top-ups match the rack they join; for a set somebody else made, we will tell you plainly how close we can get before anything is produced.

Do you make ball markers, metal coins, playing cards or dice?

No. Poker-chip ball markers, struck and enamel metal coins, card decks and dice are each their own product with their own specialists, and we will point you to one rather than sell you the wrong thing. Everything we make is a poker chip.
