About this product

Ceramic Poker Chips

A ceramic chip is the only construction where the whole chip is a printable surface: the face, the back and — the part nobody else can do — the rolling edge itself. Your design runs right around the rim, so the side view of a stack is genuinely designed rather than assembled from spot colours.

The art is dye-sublimated into the surface, not printed onto it. There is no label, no laminate and no layer to catch a thumbnail, which means there is nothing applied that can peel, lift or wear away. The chip wears the way a printed mug wears: slowly, evenly and without edges.

The blank has a fine texture that takes the dye and keeps a stack from sliding; a smoother face is available where the design wants it. Weight is in the ceramic itself — no slug — and the sound sits between clay and ABS: sharper than a composite, duller than a plastic.

This is the construction for full-face artwork, photographic designs, and any set where the edge itself carries text or pattern rather than moulded spots.

FAQ

Ceramic Poker Chips: quick answers

What is the minimum order for ceramic chips?
Minimum order is just 12 — with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How fast will my order arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and the finished order ships in about 2 weeks — express turnaround is available for tight dates.
Ceramic or clay composite?
Ceramic if the artwork is the point: the whole surface prints, including the rolling edge, and the dye cannot peel because nothing is applied. Clay composite if the feel and the sound are the point: the moulded edge spots and recessed inlay are the traditional card-room construction. We will tell you which suits your set rather than defaulting to the dearer one.
Does the printed edge wear off in a stack?
The dye is sublimated into the surface, so edge wear on a ceramic chip is the slow, even fading of the surface itself rather than a layer lifting. A set in weekly play stays readable for years; there is no applied layer, so the failure mode a printed sticker has simply does not exist.
